For over fifty years, Damasca Insurance has been committed to protecting the calling of Florida ministries. The agency’s purpose was the vision of Sam Maxwell who, in the late 1940’s, began turning his business into the largest church insurance agency in Jacksonville. The mantle was passed in 2004 when the assets of the agency were sold to Kenston Powell of Damasca Insurance Agency. The agency now insures over 300 churches , schools, non-profits and small businesses in the Jacksonville and Northeast Florida area.
